[PATCH, libphobos] Committed fix for hashing complex reals

Hi,

It is a rebase of a patch sent to this mailing list by Johannes, it
has been committed to upstream druntime, and now downstreaming.

Bootstrapped and regression tested on x86_64-linux-gnu.

Committed to trunk as r268755
