	PR tree-optimization/87402
	* tree-ssa-sccvn.c (SSA_VISITED): Remove unused function.
	(visit_phi): Re-instantiate handling of supposed to be VARYING
	but non-VARYING backedge value.

	* gcc.dg/torture/pr87402.c: New testcase.
