[PATCH] rs6000: Delete unused min/max macros

Segher Boessenkool segher@kernel.crashing.org
Fri Jun 8 12:41:00 GMT 2018

The last use was deleted in 2017. There are the generic MIN/MAX macros
to use already, and in this new world we should use std::min, std::max.

Tested, committing.
