Ran:
- make check-target-libgomp RUNTESTFLAGS=c.exp=cancel-taskgroup-1.c
- make check-target-libgomp RUNTESTFLAGS=c++.exp=cancel-taskgroup-1.c

Currently running make check-target-libgomp.

OK for trunk if tests pass?
