[PATCH v2] Add sanopt support for UBSAN_PTR.

Hi.

Thanks for the feedback, I implemented was written in Jakub's feedback. I also added
comments explaining all cases that happen for what was mentioned as cases 1-6.
It would be easier to send newer version of patch to see how I resolved the feedback.

Patch has been tested.
