[mips, committed] Remove semicolon after do {} while (0) in ASM_OUTPUT_CASE_END

Hi,

this patch removes a semicolon after "do {} while (0)" in 
ASM_OUTPUT_CASE_END.  This allows the macro to be used in if-then-elses 
without curly braces.

Build for mips target.

Committed as obvious.
