[libgcc, rs6000] Remove semicolon after do {} while (0) in REGISTER_CFA_OFFSET_FOR

Hi,

this patch removes a semicolon after "do {} while (0)" in 
REGISTER_CFA_OFFSET_FOR (no ChangeLog yet).

Can you build & test this patch (or approve as trivial)?
