[PATCH] PR c++/81187 fix -Wnoexcept-type entry in manual

	* doc/invoke.texi (-Wnoexcept-type): Fix name of option, from
	-Wnoexcept.

Committed to trunk as obvious. Will also commit to gcc-7-branch.
