Thanks for the detailed review, and sorry about the delayed response.
It caught me on the way out for a family vacation trip, and I could only
see it when I got back home today.  I'll have a close look and respond
ASAP.

I suppose you mean the one about emitting dwarf2 info for cdtors
aliases, thunks and other kinds of aliases.  If so, I did; the reason I
didn't respond was that it left me with a feeling that it was hopeless
for GCC7.  Did I misunderstand?
