These two patches were in flight, they were just approved and I committed them
a few minutes ago.

There's a "RISC-V support" section in index.html.

Sorry, we forgot about that. I just sent a patch.

I added the Linux targets, but forgot the ELF ones. I sent a patch for this as
well.
