Since this was committed (r255384), I've noticed a regression on
arm-none-linux-gnueabi --with-mode thumb --with-cpu cortex-a9
FAIL:     gcc.c-torture/execute/pr61725.c   -O3 -fomit-frame-pointer
-funroll-loops -fpeel-loops -ftracer -finline-functions  execution
