libgo patch committed: build libgo/net/internal/socktest/sys_unix.go on AIX

This libgo patch by Tony Reix builds the file
libgo/net/internal/socktest/sys_unix.go on AIX.  Bootstrapped on
x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.  Committed to mainline.
