No, it will be almost never +++ /testsuite/
There needs to be .* in between "+++ " and "/testsuite/", and perhaps
it should also ignore "+++ testsuite/".
So /^\+\+\+ (.*\/)?testsuite\// ?
Also, normally (when matching $0) there won't be newlines in the text.
