[PATCH 10/11] make dead_or_set_{,regno_}p take rtx_insn *

	* rtl.h: Adjust prototype.
	* rtlanal.c (dead_or_set_p): Change argument type to rtx_insn *.
	(dead_or_set_regno_p): Likewise.
