[PATCH] Enable Intel AVX512_4FMAPS and AVX512_4VNNIW instructions

Hi,

this patch enabled AVX512_4FMAPS and AVX512_4VNNIW instructions.

It requires additional patch for register allocator from Vladimir
Makarov to be committed before.
