[MIPS, committed] Skip gcc.dg/loop-8.c

[Matthew Fortune]

MIPS creates more invariants than gcc.dg/loop-8.c expects.  There is
no way to represent what the original test was trying to verify given
the additional invariants being moved out of the loop.
