The attached patch removes some remaining superfluous TARGET_SH1
checks.  Tested with

make -k check-gcc RUNTESTFLAGS="--target_board=sh-sim\{-m2/-ml,-m2/-mb,
-m2a/-mb,-m4/-ml,-m4/-mb,-m4a/-ml,-m4a/-mb}";

Committed as r235674.

	sh_print_operand, prepare_move_operands,
	sh_can_follow_jump): Remove TARGET_SH1 checks.
	* config/sh/sh.h (TARGET_VARARGS_PRETEND_ARGS, VALID_REGISTER_P,
	PROMOTE_MODE): Likewise.
	* config/sh/sh.md (adddi3, addsi3, subdi3, subsi3, andsi3,
	movdi): Likewise.
