Fix 61441 [2/5] Use REAL_VALUE_ISSIGNALING_NAN instead of REAL_VALUE_ISNAN where appropriate

This patch uses REAL_VALUE_ISSIGNALING_NAN instead of REAL_VALUE_ISNAN to avoid the operation for sNaN.
