[committed] xfail gfortran.dg/quad_2.f90 on hppa*-*-hpux*

The HP quad precision libcall has a 1 ULP error in computing the sqrt of 2.  This causes the test
to fail.

Tested on hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11.  Committed to trunk.
