[PATCH][AArch64] Fix/revert fallout from machine_mode change

Hi all,

This is similar to the arm patch 
(https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2014-10/msg03104.html),
it adds back the enum keyword to machine_mode in the definition of MACHMODE.

This allows the aarch64* build to succeed.
