libsanitizer merge from upstream r208536

Hi,

I see a couple of errors when building for arm-linux-gnueabi (host is 
x86_64 Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, host compiler is gcc version 4.6.3 
(Ubuntu/Linaro 4.6.3-1ubuntu5)):
