[PATCH] Fix failure of coarray tests on hpux

[John David Anglin]

The attached change fixes the fortran coarray tests on hpux.  On hpux,  
it is necessary
to link directly against libatomic.

Tested on hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11 and hppa64-hp-hpux11.11.
