[patch] Adjust comments in testsuite/ext/random/

The tests for the non-standard distributions have bogus standard
references. [rand.concept.dist] comes from an old C++0x draft, and the
[rand.dist.ext.*] labels are entirely fictional because obviously
non-standard extensions are not in the standard.

Tested x86_64-linux, committed to trunk.
