libgo patch committed: Add system calls

This patch to libgo adds some system calls to the syscall package.
Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.
Committed to mainline and 4.8 branch, since these calls were in Go
1.1.2.
