libgo patch committed: Fix handling of FFI with empty struct

This patch from Michael Hudson-Doyle fixes libgo to correctly handle
reflect.Call when passing or returning a struct with no fields.
Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.
Committed to mainline.
