C++ PATCH for c++/57102 (ICE with -fcompare-debug)

If cgraph has done something with DECL_STRUCT_FUNCTION, we need to look 
in DECL_SAVED_FUNCTION_DATA for the information we need.

Tested x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, applying to trunk.
