C++ PATCH for c++/56699 (ICE with sizeof member of unrelated class in lambda)

My maybe_resolve_dummy patch failed to consider that 'this' might not be 
relevant to the type of the dummy object.

Tested x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, applying to trunk and 4.8.
