[ARM][Insn classification refactoring 6/N] Delete "insn" attribute and update MOV classification

Hi,

This patch is part of the ongoing work of ARM instruction classification
cleanup.

This patch deletes the "insn" attribute and moves the MOV/MVN instruction
classification to the "type" attribute, where it is split into several types
for a finer-grained classification.

This has been tested with a full arm-none-eabi toolchain build and
regression run, as well as using random code generation tests to compare the
output versus a baseline compiler.
