[ARM][Insn classification refactoring 5/N] Tidy alu/shift instruction classification types

Hi,

This patch is the part of the ongoing work of ARM instruction classification
cleanup.

This patch tidies the alu and shift type attribute values by splitting them
for a finer-grained classification and renaming them for clarity.

This has been tested with a full arm-none-eabi toolchain build and
regression run, as well as using random code generation tests to compare the
output versus a baseline compiler.

OK for trunk?

Thanks
Sofiane
