libgo patch committed: Solaris net fixes

This patch, mainly from Rainer Orth, in PR 56171 fixes passing a file
descriptor on Solaris.  Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on
x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.  Committed to mainline.
