[PATCH, i386]: Simplify some SWI48x iterator uses

Hello!

SWI48x iterator with "(<SWI48x:MODE>mode != DImode || TARGET_64BIT)"
insn constraint can be exactly represented with SWI48 mode iterator.

No functional change otherwise.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu {,-m32}, committed to mainline SVN.
