[Ada] Add a pseudo-terminal based expect unit

This is new package add support for pseudo-terminals on GNAT.Expect.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

	Makefile.rtl: Add these new files.

	* gcc-interface/Makefile.in: Add g-exptty, g-tty, terminals.o
	* gcc-interface/Make-lang.in: Update dependencies.
