[C++ Patch] Restore the alphabetical for the "type traits" RIDs

Hi,

just consistently handle the various "type traits" RIDs in alphabetical 
order (+ update the comments to mention the most recent ones). Tested 
x86_64-linux.

Ok for mainline?
