fix powerpc bootstrap failure

I'm applying this with David's blessing to fix the powerpc bootstrap
failure that's been around for two weeks now.  This is Jan's suggested
fix, tweaked to avoid an overly long line.

	PR bootstrap/49383
	* config/rs6000/rs6000.c (call_ABI_of_interest): Adjust cgraph
	invocation for 2011-06-09 changes.
