[SPARC] Minor tweaks

This removes a couple of unused macros and moves another around.

Tested on SPARC/Solaris, applied on the mainline.

	* config/sparc/sparc.h (STACK_SAVEAREA_MODE): Move around.
	(FP_REG_P): Delete.
	(IN_OR_GLOBAL_P): Likewise.
