[PATCH] Remove call_expr_arg and call_expr_argp

This patch simply removes legacy call_expr_arg and call_expr_argp
declarations since these functions no longer have a defined body. Use
CALL_EXPR_ARG and CALL_EXPR_ARGP macros instead.

Build fine and no regression on x86_64.
