[PATCH #4] Support for MIPS targets running GNU/kFreeBSD

This patch adds support for MIPS targets running GNU/kFreeBSD.

It depends on my previous patch, sent in a message with title
"Support for AMD64 targets running GNU/kFreeBSD".
