Do not XFAIL vectorizer testcases for some targets (2)

For quite some time 4 other vectorizer testcases XPASS on SPARC and IA-64:

The attached patch removes the XFAILs.

Tested on SPARC/Solaris 32-bit and 64-bit, applied on the mainline as obvious.
