[Patch Testsuite] Fix test with -Wno-abi for arm-eabi

Hi,

The test g++.dg/torture/stackalign/eh-varg-2.C fails on arm-eabi because
of warnings about va_list mangling changes between 4.4 and trunk. 

A number of other tests (c.f. g++.dg/cpp0x/temp-va-arg-bug.C) have been
fixed up for arm-eabi to have the extra -Wno-abi flag. 

Tested with arm-eabi that the tests don't fail for compilation errors. 

Ok to commit on trunk ?
