Move unwind_info_type to coretypes.h

Not all files that include "tm_p.h" also include "target.h".
Moving this enum allows prototypes involving it to be shared
between i386.c and winnt.c via i386-protos.h.

Sanity bootstrapped on x86_64-linux.
