[Patch, ObjC*, testsuite, committed] update strings-*.{m,mm} for NeXT.

The compiler does not provide a constructor for constant string  
classes for the NeXT runtime.
Added that (and the class reference) to strings-2.{m,mm} and moved the  
new tests into their relevant strings/ directories.
