XFAIL gcc.dg/vect/slp-multitypes-2.c on SPARC 32-bit

The vectorization thing works fine, but this runs afoul of a reload bug and 
fails at run time.  Now PR rtl-opt/46603.

Tested on SPARC/Solaris 8 and i586-suse-linux, applied on the mainline.
