[Patch,Fortran] PR43985 ICE with cray pointee and OpenMP (4.5/4.6 regression)

The attached patch fixes the ICE.

Bootstrapped on x86-64-Linux and currently regtesting.
OK for the trunk and the 4.5 branch?
