Eliminate gcov warning messages

This eliminates gcov warning messages of the form:

  <built-in>:cannot open source file

generated for size functions in Ada.

Tested on x86_64-suse-linux, applied on the mainline as obvious.

	* stor-layout.c (self_referential_size): Set UNKNOWN_LOCATION on the
	newly built CALL_EXPR.
	* tree-profile.c (tree_profiling): Return 0 for built-in stuff.
