pretty-ipa branch open again

Hi,
I merged pretty-ipa barnch to mainline and would like to open it for
furhter development of IPA/LTO and WHOPR.  I hope we can put there
already sent IPA PTA work, get into cgraph may edge building, and work
on neccesary infrastructure for proper WHOPR as well as collect all
random cleanups and improvements in the area.

At present I reverted all random changes from the branch and kept only
ipa-profile pass.  Only major unmerged change was related to inline
substitution tracking and SRA debug info.  While I plan to reocver at
least parts of those changes for next stage1, the code got so much
in conflict with recent debug_stmt stuff and aliasing so it is
better to bring it into branch from scratch later.

Richard, do you think it would be possible to have LTO 2k6 tester for
the banch?
