[wwwdocs] Remove broken references to SPARC reference documentation

Talking about corporate webmasters earlier today, of course I ran
into one of their usual issues now.  If someone wants to add some
other references to readings.html that's fine, I just don't think
it makes a lot of sense (nor will it hold for long).
