Go patch committed: More error checks

This patch adds a few more error checks to the Go frontend to avoid
compiler crashes.  This adds checks to binary comparisons and builtin
calls.  Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.
Committed to mainline.
