Unreviewed testsuite, libffi patches

The following patches have remained unreviewed for about a week:

	[libffi, testsuite] Provide PRIuPTR, PRI[du]64 for IRIX 6.5

Needs a libffi maintainer, although I could probably check it in as IRIX
port maintainer.

        [4.5, testsuite] Backports of several IRIX testsuite fixes
        http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2010-11/msg02554.html

        [4.5, testsuite] Backport several Tru64 UNIX testsuite fixes
        http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2010-11/msg02557.html

Only small parts of those patches (not port specific) need review at all
by a global reviewer for lack of a testsuite maintainer.
