Thanks. Committed as r163445.

Btw, I have also tried the patch on Salvatore's OOP-version of PSBLAS,
which does compile cleanly (as before). For more detailed runtime
tests we will probably have to wait for Salvatore to return from
vacations.

Well, I will definitely have another look at the remaining pointer
init problems (hoping that they will be easy to fix). Also I should
get started with CLASS arrays at some point, I guess ...
