[PATCH, libmudflap]: Fix libmudflap.c++/pass41-frag.cxx test for excess errors

Hello!

This patch applies the same cure to pass41-frag.cxx as was already
applied to pass57-frag.cxx.

	New dg directive.

Tested on alphaev68-pc-linux-gnu, committed to mainline SVN.
